Return of Legends Getaway Terms and Conditions
Requirements to participate: Adhering and following the rules, terms, and conditions listed below.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Eligibility:

All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in participating in The Event.

Void where prohibited.

All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

All taxes, customs, duty, and other miscellaneous expenses or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

How The Event Works:

To enter, simply go to The Event page located at https://gleam.io/IxrIM/zotac-cup-return-of-legends-getaway-giveaway between 00:00 (Hong Kong Standard Time) June 29, 2017 and 00:00 (Hong Kong Standard Time) July 13, 2017. Enter the required information in the submission form for a single entry to the draw. Not all entry frields are required. The Event will run from 00:00 (Hong Kong Standard Time) June 29, 2017 to 00:00 (Hong Kong Standard Time) July 13, 2017.

Selection of Winner:

Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be selected on July 13, 2017 and posted and/or announced on or before July 17, 2017. All decisions are final and binding. A winning notification email will be sent to the email address provided and a confirmation reply is required within 3 days of initial communication else prize will be forfeit.

Prizes:

The winner of This Event will receive: two (2) round trip flight tickets (economy class) to Hong Kong for the winner and a person of his or her choosing, four (4) nights’ single room double bedding accommodation at a hotel located in Hong Kong, and two (2) tickets for entry to EMFHK’s Return of The Legends event.

No allowances or expenses will be provided. Transportation is the winner’s sole responsibility.

Winner must also provide all travelling document details to ZOTAC upon claiming the prize for flight booking. ZOTAC is not responsible for any delays caused by the lack of documents or details.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be posted on the Gleam.io contest page and contacted via email. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes or Customs duties and other fees associated with acceptance and use of prize. ZOTAC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to claim prizes.

Winner must be cleared for international travel and must be eligible for travel to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Winner must also have valid passport for the duration of the travel and the expiry date of the passport must be acceptable to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Passport and Visa applications are the sole responsibility of the winner. ZOTAC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any delays or interruptions that may occur due to the lack of proper documents or clearance.

ZOTAC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel The Event at any time.

Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold ZOTAC and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of ZOTAC, its parent companies, affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Use of Winner's Name & Information:

By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to ZOTAC and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information, statements, and submitted material for broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with The Event.

Ineligible Countries:

Users from countries that have been barred from entry to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region may not participate in this event due to travel restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Campaign, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
