TERMS AND CONDITIONS - iPad Mini Giveaway
ELIGIBILITY
Entry is only open to new clients to Bernie Lewis (the Promoter) who attend a home loan appointment at
Bernie Lewis and complete an entry form during the promotion period. Individuals must be a legal resident
of Australia and must be over 18 years of age. Entrants will only be eligible for one monthly draw (being
the month that their appointment was attended). The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered
with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
conditions. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated
with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
COMPETITION TIMELINE
Entries are open from 01/06/2017 to 30/07/2017. A winner will be drawn each month for eligible entries
received during the months of June and July 2017. The Prize Winners will be notified via email, and will
receive a phone call for confirmation.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must complete a competition entry form when attending a home loan appointment at a Bernie
Lewis office during the month of June or July 2017.
PRIZE
There are 2 iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi 32GB (one to be won each month in June and July), valued at $370 each. The
Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited
to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the
use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter
shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other
prize.
WINNER SELECTION
The winners will be selected by random draw at 11.00am on 03 July 2017 and 01 August 2017 to be
conducted at 200 South Road, Mile End, SA, 5031. Once the Prize Winner has been selected they will be
notified via phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the Prize Winner has not made
contact with the Promoter within seven (7) days of the prize being drawn, the Promoter reserves the right
to commence a re-draw of the prize. The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence
will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has
reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this site, or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper
conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from
such an offender are reserved. Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and the Promoter will
reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. All entries and information from
entries become the property of the Promoter.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering this competition entrants consent to the Promoter displaying their name and/or image, should
they win, on the Bernie Lewis Facebook page, web page and marketing materials.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that the Competition cannot be conducted
as planned for any reason, including those reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, such as infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or corruption of
the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition. If for any reason this
Competition is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the written directions of any relevant
authority, in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the Competition.
