ROYAL MELBOURNE SHOW GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter is Grizzle Design Pty Ltd trading as MamaMag (ABN 26 042 138 550) of PO Box 8018 North Road LPO Brighton East VIC 3187 (“the Promoter”), who is conducting the giveaway (“the Promotion”).
By applying to take part in the Promotion, applicants accept these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to apply, and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
All times and dates referenced throughout these Terms and Conditions are based on Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) or Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”),  when  applicable  in  Victoria.

Applying to take part in the Promotion

Entries to join the Promotion can only be made between 12.01am on AUGUST 1st 2017 and 11:59pm onAUGUST 31st 2017 (“the  Application Period”).
Entries are only open to Victorian residents only aged 18 and over.
Entrants must visit the MamaMag Facebook page (www.facebook.com/localmamamag) or http://woobox.com/gcq5qz then fill out the online Facebook entry form for the Giveaway with their first and last name, email address and Postcode.
The winners will be contacted via phone and/or email on September 2nd. Winners names will be published on the MamaMag Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/localmamamag).

The Prize

There is a total of four (4) prizes, each being a Family pass worth $88. The total prize value is up to $352 including delivery.
After the conclusion of the Entry Period, the Promoter will randomly select four (4) winners using Woobox. http://www.woobox.com/
The winner will be contacted via email. The winner has until 5:00PM AEST 10th September 2017 to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, Grizzle Design will judge a replacement winner of the competition.
Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
Grizzle Design does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prizes.
Employees of Grizzle Design are ineligible to enter.
Grizzle Design and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
