Entry is free and open to Australian residents. No purchase is necessary to participate. Entry to the Promotion commences on 18/8/17 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 1/9/17. Eligibility Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are drawn as a winner. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a must be a citizen of Australia. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). Any costs associated with use of Facebook will be the responsibility of the entrant. If the prize is not available in the Winner's choice, alternative WeatherBeeta Dog items will be awarded. The prize will be awarded by the judges to the participant who is responsible for the most creative/emotive entry as deemed by receiving them during the promotion period.  This is a game of skill. The judging will take place within the first 3 business days after the end of the promotion period.

The winner will be notified on the WeatherBeeta Dog Facebook page within 7 business days after the end of the promotion period, they will be asked to send their details and preference of sizes via Facebook message. The prizes will be sent to the winners via mail. The Winner will be announced on the WeatherBeeta Dog Facebook. The prize will be sent to the winner via mail. Inappropriate Content Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered.
