8. Entry Restrictions:
The competition is open to all ages, however entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the competition and the Promoter reserves the right to award any prize to the parent/guardian.
Entry Restrictions for Challengers under the age of 15 years old:
a) Entries must be lodged by a person (Entrant) 18 years of age or over at the time of entry who is a parent or legal guardian of the minor Entrant they are entering on behalf of if the Entrant is under 15 years of age
b) Entrants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times whilst undertaking the challenge and participating in this competition.
c) If selected, the Entrant’s details as well as the minor will be submitted to the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources to apply for a Child Employment Permit in accordance with the VIC/NSW Government requirements. It is a condition of entry in the competition that all legal and regulatory requirements of the VIC/NSW Government are satisfied in respect of each Entrant and Minor Competitor. All paper work must be signed by a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
If required, the Challenger must obtain a School Exemption form from their school principal (form supplied by ARN).
d) If paperwork is not completed and returned within the timeframe required by ARN the Entrant and Challenger will be deemed ineligible to compete and removed from the competition.
e) Entries must only include the Entrant and their parent/guardian (if under 18) and must not contain any material which is obscene, defamatory, inappropriate or infringe any third-party rights, not limited to privacy and intellectual property rights.
Entrant must have father’s permission to enter on their behalf and to be contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of this competition. Any dads who are unable to be contacted or are unaware of their entry will forfeit.
Entrant and their Father must current photo ID and proof of relationship
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details as well as their dad’s full name and phone number and by stating in 25 words or less “why you think your dad is super dad” within the time period specified on each day as well as an optional photo upload to support their Entry
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified. The Station will then contact up to five (5) relevant entrant to invite them to tell their story on-air between Monday 28th August 2017 and Friday 1st September 2017. The Entrants Dad may also be invited to speak on air.
(c) if the relevant entrant tells their story on air, their dad will receive a Prize. The contest segment may be pre-recorded or done live in show between AEST 4pm-6pm.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question and may only win one major prize each.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for radio

There are up to ten (10) prizes to be won, as follows:
Major prizes: will be cash between the amounts of $100 to $5,000AUD
Up to $10,000 inc GST

Winners will be notified:
- via telephone
- on air at the time of winning

Prize/s must be claimed by Friday 1st December 2017.
The Major Prize will be transferred to the winner’s dad’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer.

By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:
• All photos, videos or other material submitted as part of their
entry and owned by them;
• Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of
anyone else unless they have the express consent of that
person(s);
• Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by
the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or
otherwise inappropriate.
• The Entrant must have their father’s permission before
entering.
• The Entrant is entering on behalf of their father and the prize
money will be put in into their father’s account.
• Entrant must provide proof in writing and a copy of current
photo ID (and also ideally officially documentation) to ARN that they are related to their father. The father must also provide proof in writing to ARN that they are also related to the Entrant as well as providing current photo ID
• If ARN deems the above information to be false, the Entrant and their father will no longer be eligible to win the Prize
The definition of the word “Father” refers to the Entrant being either of the following:
- Blood related father
- Adopted father
- Step Father
- Legal guardian
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
Minor Prize winners must adhere to the Prize Providers separate terms
