    Promoter:

The promoter is Bondi Beauty working in conjunction with OrganicSpa Skincare.

2. Entrants

Entry is open to all Australian residents of all ages except employees of Bondi Beauty and OrganicSpa Skincare.

3. Time Frame

Competition starts 25th August 2017 and submissions close 6th October 2017. A winner will be drawn on 20th October 2017 and notified forthwith by e-mail.

4. Winners

Four finalists will be selected. They will then be notified via email and a panel will select the final winner. Out of the three finalists, the panel will decide on one winner.

5. Entries

By entering, you give permission for us to use your information on our site (including an image of yourself) for a story and winner announcement on our site.

6. Costs and expenses

Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

7. Intellectual property

Your entry becomes the intellectual property of Bondi Beauty.

By entering, you are confirming you have the right to all intellectual property in the first instance, and consent to act or omit what would otherwise be your intellectual property. Your entry constitutes a license of the intellectual property to Bondi Beauty so we can use it for promotional or advertising purposes.

8. Disqualification

We have the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we suspect an unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.

9. Privacy

10. Notification

Once a winner has confirmed their details, we will publish their name 24 hours after the final decision.

11. Prize

The prizes are subject to conditions imposed by OrganicSpa Skincare. The prize will be posted to the winner and also announced on our website. The prize is not exchangeable; neither can it be redeemed for cash.
