Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.

1.      Promotional Period

The promotion starts at 8:00am AEST 13/09/17 and concludes at 5:00pm AEST 03/10/17. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.

2.      Eligibility

Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding Lenard’s Pty Ltd employees or their immediate family members.

3.      The Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Lenard’s Pty Ltd ABN 96 010 711 145 of Lenard’s National Support Office, Level 1, 225 Montague Road, PO Box 5630, West End, QLD, 4101.

4.      Entry Instructions

To enter the draw, entrants must complete the form on the competition entry page located at http://woobox.com/6pbqep or on the Lenard’s Chicken National Facebook Page to see if they have won.

The steps to complete the form include:

Providing proof of purchase of a product from Lenard’s Pty Ltd Mexican range via    submitting store of purchase and receipt number from a Lenard’s store receipt that must at least include a Jalapeno Empanada, Mild Mexican Enchilada, Quesadilla or Burrito.
Submitting Name and Contact Email
Submitting the most preferred product in the Mexican range.
5.      Winner Selection

Prizes have been randomly allocated throughout the promotional period to pre-selected ‘winning moments’ by a secure independently verified computer programme (Woobox). There will be 30 ‘Mexican Fiesta Pack’ instant prizes given away by Lenard’s National Support Office. The prizes will be awarded to those who are shown the ‘winning moment’ and are then contacted by Lenard’s National Support Office within 7 days.

6.      Winner Notification

Winners will be notified on screen if they have won and what their prize is. Winners will then be contacted within 7 days via email from the customer experience team who will arrange their prize if they have met the terms and conditions. If the winner does not respond with 3 days of contact, the prize may be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be re-awarded.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

7.      Prize Fund

There will be 30 instant prizes given away by Lenard’s National Support Office with a National RRP value of $70 per prize. Each prize includes 4 Empanadas, 4 Enchiladas, 4 Burritos and 7 Quesadillas (this is subject to availability) and is only redeemable at Lenard’s Chicken Stores.

Should any of the products in the pack be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

8.      Other Terms and Conditions

Lenard’s supports the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have various rights under the Australian Privacy Principles including the right to access information that you have provided to us. As part of the terms and conditions, Lenard’s requests this information to conduct the promotion, validate your entry, and periodically send you promotional offers. Entrants may receive ongoing marketing communications from Lenard’s unless you request to unsubscribe. This information is being collected only for the purposes detailed or implied in the terms and conditions. By entering this competition you consent to its use. The information will not be used for any other purpose without the consent, or unless we are obligated by any law to provide that information. If you do not provide the basic information you will not be eligible to enter this promotion. Lenard’s Pty Ltd reserves its rights to disqualify any entry of any entrant, who generally discredits the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or Lenard’s Pty Ltd. Lenard’s Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be taken into consideration regarding the competition results.
