About the promotion
Prestige @ Throsby is Achieve Homes development of free standing homes in the heart of Throsby, there are
7House & Land packages to sell valued at $585,000 - 732,000. The promotion entitles all owners that purchase
a package will enter a draw that will entitle them to win a $10,000 Harvey Norman Gift Voucher which can be
used at any Harvey Norman store Australia wide.
Terms & Conditions
The Terms and conditions to enter into the promotion are as following:
• An Achieve Homes House & land package in Prestige @ Throsby must be purchased and contract
signed to be eligible for the chance to win the Harvey Norman gift card. Entry forms must be
completed and returned to one of our home consultants
• Applicants must be over the age of 18 to participate in this promotion and are Australian residents
• If an Achieve Homes employee was to purchase a Prestige @ Throsby house & land package they will
not be allowed to participate in this promotion
• Winner will be drawn once all of Achieve Homes house & land packages in Prestige @ Throsby are
sold or by1st of November 2017.
• Prize details are: 1 x $10,000 Harvey Norman gift card to be won by one home owner. Gift card isn’t
redeemable for cash. Gift card can be used at any Harvey Norman store, Australia wide. Gift card can
be used to purchase items from any department within Harvey Norman. Terms & conditions for use

• Start date of this promotion is 31st October 2016
• Closing date 1st November 2017 or winner will be drawn once all of Achieve Homes house &land
packages in Prestige @ Throsby are sold, whichever occurs first.
• Time & date of draw will be according to when all house & land packages are sold in Prestige @
Throsby with Achieve homes (Subject to regulatory approval) otherwise the draw will occur on the 1st
of November 2017 at 5:30 Pm.
• All buyers for Prestige @ Throsby will be notified in writing via email if the draw date is earlier than
the 1st of November 2017 two weeks in advance from the new draw
• The presentation & draw of the promotion will be at our display home in Googong at: 9 BellHouse, Cr.
Moncrieff ACT 2914
• Buyers will be invited to attend the draw once all 7 house & land packages in Prestige @ Throsby are
sold, the event will take place at our display home where the winner will be drawn and gifted
• Winner will be notified in writing via email
• Details of the winner will be published on the Achieve homes website www.achievehomes.com.au
• If the prize is unclaimed within 3 months after the original draw time of 1st of November 2017, a redraw
will occur, at same time & location as done previously 1st of February 2017 at 5:30Pm, winner
will be notified via email and published on our website at www.achievehomes.com.au
