TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

The ‘Win a Brio Deluxe Railway Set’ promotion is conducted by Hobbyco Pty Ltd (ABN 85 003 749 237) of Shop 50/53, Levels 2&3, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. Authorised under NSW Permit LTPS/17/17841.

1. The competition will open at 09.00am (AEST) Friday 29th September 2017 and closes at 06.00pm (AEST) Tuesday 31st October 2017.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents who currently reside in Australia and are aged 18 years or older at the date of entry.
3. Employees of Hobbyco Pty Ltd and Childsmart Pty Ltd and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the competition, entrants must do the following during the competition period:

Purchase $20 or more on Brio products in one transaction from any Hobbyco store (Eligible Purchase) to receive an entry form;
Fully complete the entry form; and
Drop it at the entry box located at the following Hobbyco stores:

5. Entrants may enter multiple times subject to limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Purchase.
6. At the discretion of Hobbyco, incomplete, indecipherable, incorrect, and illegible entries, as applicable, will be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
7. The winner will be drawn on Thursday 02nd November 2017 and will take place at Hobbyco, Shop 50/53, Level 3, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
8. The winner will be notified by email on Thursday, 02nd November 2017 and their names will be published on Hobbyco’s social media platforms and at www.hobbyco.com.au.
9. Prize winner agrees to Hobbyco Pty Ltd to have their photograph taken upon claiming the prize and using their name and imagery in promotional activities.
10. The winner will receive a Brio Deluxe Railway Train Set (sku: B33052) valued at $439.00
11. Prize is not transferable/exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
12. The prize must be claimed by 06.00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 08th November 2017 at Hobbyco, Shop 50/53, Level 3, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
13. If the winner fails to claim the prize or is unable to meet the conditions of entry, another winner will be selected on Thursday, 09th November 2017 and will take place at Hobbyco, Shop 50/53, Level 3, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
14. Hobbyco Pty Ltd. will collect personal information, stored in its database, and may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and substitute will be offered.
