Recycle It! Competition 2017
Do you have great recycling ideas? We want to see recycling in action at your school or home.
Take a picture of your recycled art, garden recycling, recycled fashion or other recycling or upcycling projects. Then upload it on this page – and tell us what you've done in the Description section.
The clearest and most creative examples of recycling will win a hardback, illustrated book about recycling for the class!
Competition opens 9am, 6 Nov.
Competition closes 5pm, 7 Dec.
Read our Terms and Conditions
Take a photo of a great example of recycling or upcycling at your school or home. Enter the photo with a short description of what you've done and why.
Entries open: 9am, 6 November.
Entries close: 5pm, 7 December.
1. Upload your image
Enter as many times as you like - just make sure it's all your own work. DO NOT use real names anywhere on your entry! You don't need to register or log in, just fill the entry form and upload your image. Make up a Display name for your entry. Always be careful what you share online - remember that the internet is full of strangers.
Don't use other people's stuff. We want to see your images – not someone else's.
You will also need written permission from anyone that appears in your images.
If you're a teacher, parent or guardian you can upload entries for your students/children.
2. Follow the rules
The rules make sure that everyone stays safe and has fun. Uploads that break the rules will not be published on the site.
3. All uploads to ABC Splash are moderated
This means we look at every image that's uploaded before publishing it on the site – so it may take a few days for your entry to appear in the gallery.
Once your entry is published, visit the competition page, check out the competition gallery and admire your entry among all the other wonderful entries. If we're unable to publish your entry, you'll receive an email from us explaining why.
Now, don't just sit there. Get recycling!
