    2. Entry to the Competition is open to Australian residents only. An entrant must be 16 years of age and over. Employees of, or contractors to Organic Times Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
    3. The competition commences Thursday 23rd and closes 11:59pm Wednesday 29th November 2017.
    4. Eligible entrants can enter by filling out the online competition entry form at https://organictimes.com.au/competition
    5. The winners will be chosen by fulfilling the criteria for entering.
    6. The winners will be announced on Facebook and via the Organic Times newsletter on Thursday 30th November 2017.
    7. The Promoter will take no responsibility for lost or damaged prize.
    8. The prize is 2 x Wholefood from the ground up cookbook by Jude Blereau, 2 x 200g Organic Times Rapadura Sugar, 2 x 200g Organic Times Cocoa Powder, 2 x 200g Organic Times Baking Powder, 2 x Organic Times 200g Dark Chocolate Choc Drops, 2 x Organic Times 250g Icing Sugar. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods and services. Any tax implications for Eligible Persons, which may arise from this Competition are the responsibility of the Eligible Persons, and independent advice should be sought.
    9. If the Prize is unclaimed or the winning entrant is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions by 12pm, Thursday 30th November 2017, then a second chance draw will take place at 1pm, 30th November 2017. All Eligible Entrants who have submitted an entry during the competition period will be entered the second chance prize draw. In the event of a winner, they will be notified via email.
    10. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
    11. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
    12. The winner agrees to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to this Competition as requested by the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name if they are the winner of a draw in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration or compensation for promoting, publicising or marketing this Competition.
