Terms and Conditions - $500.00 Customer Feedback Survey Draw
Section 1: Promotion
1. Promotion: a $500 cash prize for customer feedback
2. Promoter: Auto Masters Australia Pty Ltd ABN 11 066 676 239
3. Promotion Period: Ongoing
Section 2: Eligibility
4. Eligibility: to be eligible to enter the promotion the entrant must have a vehicle service or
repair and complete the Auto Masters customer feedback form online or by supplied card
and return via post. .
Section 3: Entry to the Promotion
5. Eligible entrants will receive one entry to the promotion for every vehicle they have
serviced.
6. Eligible entrant’s details will be stored by Auto Masters Australia.
Section 4: Prize Draw
7. Prize Draw: A representative of the Promoter will conduct a random name draw of all
entries at each Franchisee Meeting held in WA and each franchise Meeting held in SA. This
will be conducted in front of all present franchisees and Head Office Staff from WA and SA
8. Prize Winners: the prize described below in section 5 will be awarded to the prize winner.
Section 5: Prize
9. Prize: The prize for the prize winners is comprised of 1 draw of $500 cash for each State
10. Prize Value: The total value of the prize pool is $500.00 each draw
11. Taxes: If the prize(s) or receipt of if incurs a tax liability, the prize winner is liable for
payment of such tax.
12. The entrants are not required to be present for the prize draw to be eligible to win.
13. Contact and Notification: The promoter will contact the prize winner by telephone to notify
them of the draw outcome.
14. Winner Publicity: The promoter reserves the right and licence to use prize winner’s names
and photographs for the purpose of promoting and advertising Auto Masters unless a
written request for anonymity is received from the prize winner.
Section 6: General Conditions
15. Privacy Notice: the promoter will collect entrant’s personal information, including name and
contact details for the purpose of conducting this promotion. By entering this promotion,
unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the retention and use of
this information
