Adam owns Zucca at Glenelg and is executive chef at Lot 1 in Sydney – he’s appeared on heaps of TV cooking shows. Barossa Cucina is part of the Barossa Weintal Resort in Tanunda.
Barossa Cucina serves authentic Italian-style food – there’s delicious antipasto, fresh pasta, great pizzas from the wood oven and Tuscan-style meats prepared over a charcoal grill pit.
