WIN THE ORGINAL ARTWORK BY DINA BROADHURST COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is The Trustee for SF BEAUJOLAIS UNIT TRUST, trading as Sportscraft (ABN 36 155 404 826) of 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015, telephone 02 8306 3700.

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are a Sportscraft VIP member at the time of entry.

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Myer and David Jones stores, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5. Entries are open from Monday 12th Feb until 11.59PM Sunday 4th March 2018 (The Promotional Period).

6. To enter, fill in the form found via the shortstack application at www.sportscraft.com.au/DINABROADHURSTCOMPETITION and answer correctly “Can you name all the flowers featured in the artwork?”

7. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Only one entry per participant will be accepted, and there will be one winner chosen by a panel of experts from all valid entries.

8. The winners will be chosen by the Sportscraft team who will select a winner with the correct answer to the ‘Can you name all the flowers featured in the artwork?’

9. The winning entry will win one (1) unique original artwork by Dina Broadhurst custom framed 1.4m x 1m.

10. The winner will be selected on Tues 6th March 2018 and will be notified by Friday 9th March 2018. The winner will be notified of their prize by phone or email.

11. If the prize winner does not contact the Promoter to claim their prize within 5 business days of the date upon which the Promoter notifies the prize winner, the prize winner will forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to the runner-up winner with the next best entry.

12. The Promoter's decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
