d. The referred friend is someone who would be interested in refinancing their existing home loan or settling a new home loan

Only once they have undertaken the above steps will the claimant receive the reward of a 2x Gold Class Adult Movie Tickets, redemption is subject to terms and conditions of the issuer. Any ancillary costs with redeeming the movie tickets are not included. No responsibility accepted for stolen, lost or expired gift cards.
If any reward is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
Rewards, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity to receive reward and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or2other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
