By entering this competition (“The Promotion”), all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), so please read these Terms carefully. The Promotion is open worldwide, excluding employees of Micador Group and anyone professionally associated with The Promotion.

This is a game of skill. The winner will be the entrant that submits the most creative answer to the 25 words or less question as deemed by a Micador representative who will be judging The Promotion.

The Promotion commencement date is 6th of March 2018 at 4:00PM AEST. The Promotion closing date is 15th of March 2018 at 11.59PM AEST.

There will be a total of one (1) Prize winner. They will be judged during The Promotion by a Micador representative based on meeting the above criteria.

Products are subject to availability, no rainchecks will be available. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for the Prize. The Prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Micador Group is not responsible for The Prize once it has been dispatched to the winner.

The Prize winner will be announced on Facebook www.facebook.com/micador and the micador.com.au/competitions. The prize winner will be required to provide delivery details upon notification that they are a winner by emailing amazing@micador.com.au. Any unclaimed prizes after a period of three (3) months following the prize draw, will be chosen by a Micador representative.The decision of Micador Group is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.

All personal information other than that contained in your entry will be used by us solely in connection with the Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the Competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable. We reserve the right to: (i) award an alternative prize of equal or greater value; (ii) in exceptional circumstances, and with the permission of relevant regulatory authorities vary, amend or cancel this promotion at any time on reasonable notice, including varying the closing date for the promotion; (iii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry to the promotion if they are in breach of these Terms; and (iv) amend these Terms with the permission of relevant regulatory authorities, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to notify such changes to entrants and potential entrants. Other than for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury arising from our negligence, we exclude, to the full extent permitted by law, all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense you may incur, whether direct or in direct and however caused, in connection with this promotion or the prizes.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Micador Group, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Micador Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Micador Group accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assume no liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to entries and/or the entries being lost or deleted whether or not arising during operation or transmission as the result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
