Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.

1.      Promotional Period

The promotion starts at 11:00am AEST 08/03/18 and concludes at 1:00pm AEST 10/04/18. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.

2.      Eligibility

Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over who have access to a local Lenard’s Chicken store (to redeem the voucher). This is excluding Lenard’s Pty Ltd employees or their immediate family members.

3.      The Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Lenard’s Pty Ltd ABN 96 010 711 145 of Lenard’s National Support Office, Level 1, 225 Montague Road, PO Box 5630, West End, QLD, 4101.

4.      Entry Instructions

To enter the draw, entrants must complete the form on the competition entry page, popup or advertisement located at http://woobox.com/kotot4, on the Lenard’s Chicken National Facebook Page, on the Lenard’s Chicken Website and via advertisements on Instagram and Facebook.

5.      Winner Selection

Prizes will be allocated at the end of the promotional period by random selection of all entrants. There will be 4 Value Packs given away by Lenard’s National Support Office. The prizes will be awarded to those who are contacted by Lenard’s National Support Office within 7 days of the conclusion of the promotional period (10/04/2018).

6.      Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted within 7 days via email from the customer experience team who will arrange their prize if they have met the terms and conditions. If the winner does not respond with 3 days of contact, the prize may be forfeited and a different winner will be selected.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

7.      Prize Fund

There will be 4 different Value Pack Vouchers given away by Lenard’s National Support Office with National RRP values of $100, $75, $55 and $35 ($265 of prizes to be given away in total across four winners). Each prize is a voucher for redemption of (this is subject to availability) and is only redeemable at Lenard’s Chicken Stores.

Should any of the packs be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

8.      Other Terms and Conditions

Lenard’s supports the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have various rights under the Australian Privacy Principles including the right to access information that you have provided to us. As part of the terms and conditions, Lenard’s requests this information to conduct the promotion, validate your entry, and periodically send you promotional offers. Entrants may receive ongoing marketing communications from Lenard’s unless you request to unsubscribe. This information is being collected only for the purposes detailed or implied in the terms and conditions. By entering this competition you consent to its use. The information will not be used for any other purpose without the consent, or unless we are obligated by any law to provide that information. If you do not provide the basic information you will not be eligible to enter this promotion. Lenard’s Pty Ltd reserves its rights to disqualify any entry of any entrant, who generally discredits the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or Lenard’s Pty Ltd. Lenard’s Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be taken into consideration regarding the competition results.

By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
