Portugal. The Man are headed to Australia as part of Groovin The Moo, but have announced side shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane:

To win a double pass to the side show of your choice (x2 double passes up for grabs per Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), simply follow these three steps:

3. And indicate which city's show you want to attend.
