OUR COMMUNITY

In partnership with our local council & community hub, six artists (who live, work or play within our local community) were approached to take part in this celebration of local art.  And they too, if receiving the largest number of votes, will be rewarded and given further recognition. We LOVE supporting our local community, and we know you do too – so get voting and show your appreciation for one of these local works TODAY!

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in “Central West Community Art Expo – Vote & WIN” Promotion.
(“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times
stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Melbourne, VIC, AUS local
time.
2. Subject to condition 3, this Promotion is only open to VIC residents. Entrants under
18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the
parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions.
Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement
as evidence of consent to this Promotion. Parents/guardians will be required to be
present, and pick up any awarded prize (on behalf of) to an entrant under the age of
18 years old.
3. The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter Jones Lang Lasalle (Vic)
Pty (ABN 28 004 582 423) of Level 40 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 or any
of the tenants or retailers in the Participating Centres or any of the Promoter’s agencies
that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child
or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) Any
employee of the Braybrook Community Hub or Maribyrnong City Council that are
associated with the promotion (iv) any person who the Promoter has previously
notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
4. This Promotion commences at 9am on the 14th March 2018 and ends at 5pm on the
30th of April 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
5. The Promotion will be conducted for the following shopping centres:
VIC: Central West Shopping Centre (Braybrook).
[“Participating Centres”].
6. To receive an entry in this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the
Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
i. Visit www.centralwest.com.au . Click through to the voting page.
ii. Fully complete the official online entry form, including their full name, valid email
address, postcode of residence, selected favourite art piece, and submit the entry form
iii. The submitted entry will automatically be entered into the Prize draw (Prize: $500
Coles Voucher). The winner will be selected at random.
iv. The winner will be notified within the week (7 days) following the competition closing
date (30th April 2018). Staff will contact the winner via email to ask for a contact number
and further arrange a time for prize pick-up from Central West Centre Management.
7. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person & valid email address for the entire course
of the Promotion Period. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance
with the entry requirements.
8. The Prize draw will take place at Central West Shopping Centre, Centre
Management (VIC), 65-67 Ashley Street, Braybrook, VIC, 3019, during the week (7
days) following the competition closing date (5pm April 30th 2018).
9. Details of Prizes and Prize Value
Prize
1x $500 Coles Voucher valid at any Coles Supermarket.
10. Total prize value of the promotion is $500.
11. The winner of the Prize draw will be notified within seven days/five business days
of the draw by email. The prize winner will have their full name published on the Central
West Shopping Centre’s Facebook page the day after Prize collection.
12. Individual terms and conditions of utilising gift cards applies and can be
found on the back of the gift card. Any ancillary costs associated with
redeeming the gift card is not included. Any unused balance of a gift card
will not be awarded as cash.
13. It is a requirement of entry into the Promotion that the entrant agrees that their
personal information can be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, as
outlined under point 20.
14. Any prize that has been won but remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have
been made to contact the winner in writing, can only remain so for 30 days before the
prize is to be re-drawn.
15. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
16. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
17. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service
providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize
at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and
will not be redeemable for cash.
18. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control
of the Promoter, the Promoter in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize
(or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to
any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified
