This competition has no connection to Instagram whatsoever and is not sponsored, supported or controlled by Instagram in any way. All questions, comments or complaints are to be referred to Central Square Shopping Centre and not Instagram. The supplied information is used solely for the execution of this competition by Central Square Shopping Centre.

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Participants must enter the competition by visiting the Central Square Shopping Centre Instagram page (www.instagram.com/CentralSquareBallarat ) and respond to the posts titled ‘Autumn Fashion Month Giveaway’ for the chance to win. Competition posts will be posted on: 19/4/18, 22/4/18, 27/4.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Victoria, Australia. Employees of the promoter, the management company, centre tenants and their staff are ineligible to enter.
4. Participants’ entries will be counted once only on each post with a total of three entries per participant included in the draw.
5. Any offensive comments will be deleted and therefore excluded from the final draw.
6. The competition will run from 6pm Thursday 19 April until 8am Friday 4 May 2018.
I. One winner will be selected at random after 8am on Friday 4 May 2018 and will receive a $500 gift card to spend at Central Square Ballarat.
7. The Winner will be notified on Central Square Shopping Centre Instagram page through a comment on the corresponding status update after the prize draw and/or a private message to their Instagram account.
8. In the event that the prize winner does not contact Central Square Shopping Centre within 14 days to claim their prize we will assume that the prize is unclaimed, a new winner will be selected at random after 8am Tuesday 22 May 2018.
9. The Winner will be published on the Central Square Shopping Centre Instagram Page after the draw.
10. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner(s) must present identification to claim their prize; this identification must match the winning entrant’s details.
12. The winner(s) must complete a prize collection form before they collect their prize.
13. If any winner(s) is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
14. The winner(s) understands that they must participate in any promotional work as a result of winning the prize and may include photos on the Central Square Shopping Centre Instagram Page and in the local newspapers.
15. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
