This contest is called “Diaper Bag Contest” and shall be in force for a fixed period from April 10, 2018 to June 18, 2018. This contest is conducted by 2 Be Family.
The contest is open to everyone above age of 18 years.
There is no entry fee and no purchase is required to participate in this contest.
By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by all these terms and conditions mentioned herein.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will disqualify him to participate in the contest.
Closing date for entry will be June 18, 2018.After this date, the no further entries to the contest will be permitted and accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received in time for whatever reason.
2 Be Family reserves the absolute right to cancel or discontinue or terminate the contest at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and/or without assigning any reason whatsoever. 2 Be Family shall not be responsible for any loss.
2 Be Family is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: Mummy Diaper Bag.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and 2 Be Family reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents
The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook and will receive an email within 28 days of the closing date. The decision of 2 Be Family shall be final and binding. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, 2 Be Family reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
2 Be Family will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. The winner will have to provide his/her identity proof at the time of collection of prize.
2 Be Family decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to give his/her consent 2 Be Family for the usage of his/her name and image in any publicity material of 2 Be Family.
