Mothers Day 2018 – Terms and Conditions
Competition is open from 9.00am Monday 23rd April and closes at 3pm on Saturday 12th May.
Entry is via the entry form on the website carnegiemainstreet.com.au  . No other form of entry will be accepted.
Prize will be drawn in no particular order.
Prize voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Competition is open to participants who are residents of Victoria only and the winner will need to collect their prize from Carnegie Chairperson Graeme Callen in Koornang Rd, Carnegie.  Details of collection address will be provided to the winner.
The Carnegie Mainstreet Committee and Marketing Team are the coordinator and promoter of this competition only.
Winner must contact the relevant Carnegie business and/or shop directly if they have any queries regarding their prize items or vouchers.
The draw will take place via a random number draw on Saturday 12th May 2018.
Winners will be notified on via email or phone by Saturday 12th May 2018.
Participants can enter only once. Duplicate entries will be eliminated.
