TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DOUBLE DIVAS
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters DOUBLE DIVAS promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network General Contest Rules. Where
there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
Participating Stations: 4RO Rockhampton, 4CA Cairns, 4MK Mackay, Zinc 96 Sunshine Coast
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 23rd April – Friday 11 May.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be invited to be the random caller through upon hearing a song from one of the nominated ‘Divas’. The
contestant will then go through to the major prize draw.
3. PRIZE
There will be one major prize for this promotion inclusive of:
 2 x A Reserve tickets to Celine Dion in Brisbane Monday 30th July
 2 x tickets to Shania Twain at Brisbane Entertainment Centre 5th December
The prize package also includes the following in the event the winner is from:
Rockhampton, Cairns, Mackay – return airfares will be included along with overnight accommodation for each show,
30th July and 5th December
Sunshine Coast – tickets only
Airport transfers, meals and other incidentals are at the expense of the prize winner. The prize is not transferrable or
redeemable for cash. Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner of the major prize will be randomly drawn from all entrants on Friday 11th May. If the 1st chosen contestant
can not be reached after adequate attempts to contact, a second contestant may be chosen. A produced winners
announcer will be aired Monday 14
th May.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning. The winner will then be contacted by phone call to arrange
collection of the Major Prize.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense
arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income,
personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act
or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all
associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to
changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
