ESP is the new official guitar sponsor of Hellfest, one of the biggest and best metal festivals in the world, and to celebrate, we’re going to send one ESP All Access member and a guest to the show!

The grand prize winner will receive roundtrip airfare, housing near the event, food/drink accommodations at the show, and VIP passes for two from anywhere in the world to Hellfest, which happens June 22-24, 2018 in Clisson, France. This year’s Hellfest lineup includes a ton of killer ESP players in bands such as Akercocke, Amorphis, Benighted, Bukowski, Bullet For My Valentine, Children Of Bodom, Corrosion Of Conformity, Deftones, Dimmu Borgir, Exodus, Judas Priest, Kataklysm, Napalm Death, Nightwish, Parkway Drive, Powerflo, Satyricon, Schammasch, Septicflesh, Suffocation, Terror, Watain, and others.

Entries will be accepted between April 6 and May 15, 2018. This sweepstakes is open worldwide. The grand prize winner will be chosen randomly. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Sponsor: The ESP Guitar Company, 10903 Vanowen Street, North Hollywood, CA 91605 (“ESP”).

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not be present to win.

Entry: Entrants may enter the sweepstakes by filling out and submitting the online entry form via the online link at http://www.espguitars.com. Only one entry will be accepted per person. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open worldwide except where prohibited by law. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of May 15, 2018. Employees of The ESP Guitar Company and their affiliates, their agencies and representatives and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, the decision of the judges and voters and agree to accept all decisions of ESP with respect to this sweepstakes as final.

Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes will begin on April 3, 2018 and entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM, PST, on May 15, 2018.

Potential prize winners will be notified by the contact information submitted when entering the sweepstakes. If a winner is unreachable for three days after the initial attempt to contact him or her, or is otherwise unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. All winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.

Prizes and Odds of Winning: The one Grand Prize is (2) VIP passes to the 2018 Hellfest Open Air Music Festival in Clisson, France from June 22-24, (2) roundtrip airfare tickets to France, (2) nights stay in housing accommodations near the event for two people, and transportation to and from the event location. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

General Considerations: No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes are permitted. Prizes will be shipped to winners by ESP at no cost. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
