promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry into this competition is free and this is a game of chance.
3. Entry tothis competition is open to all TownCentreVictoria Point’s customers andFacebook followers,
excluding employees, agents and contractors, employees, retailers and their staff at TownCentre
Victoria Point and the immediate family of the preceding people (partner, sibling, spouse or
grandparent), who are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry to this competition is restricted to persons of or over 18 years of age.
5. The TownCentreVictoria Point competitionperiodis10days induration.StartingonTuesday 1May 2018
and closing on Thursday 10 May 2018 with the winners drawn on Friday 11 May 2018.
6. There are five (5) prizes in total. Each prize will be awarded to five separate Facebook entrants.
7. Thewinnersmustbe able tocollecttheprizesduringbusiness hoursfromTownCentreVictoria Point
Centre Management (located next to the TownCentre Victoria Point Tavern).
8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
9. TownCentre Victoria Point will moderate posts daily and any inappropriate or offensive entries will be
removed and deemedineligible.
10. The winner may be asked to have their photo taken for the TownCentre Victoria Point Facebook and
Instagram page.
11. By participating in the promotion, entrants release TownCentre Victoria Point and,if applicable,the
photographer and publisher from any claims or demands arising out of, or in connection with, the
aforementioned use or uses of such information/photographs/video film or tape, including but not

13. TownCentre Victoria Point reserves the right, at any time, toverify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits
an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry
process. Errors and omissions may be accepted atthe TownCentre Victoria Point discretion. Failure by
the TownCentre Victoria Point to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.

14. TownCentre Victoria Point reserves the rightto verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry
which,in the opinion of TownCentre Victoria Point,includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially
insulting,inflammatoryor defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process, who submits an entry thatis notin accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has,
in the opinion of TownCentre Victoria Point, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is
fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion
and/or TownCentre Victoria Point. TownCentre Victoria Point reserves the righttodisqualify a winner if
TownCentre Victoria Point becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type
described in thisclause.
15. Entrants may only enter the competition once.
16. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prize is not included. Any unused balance of any
prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the
issuer including those specified by TownCentre Victoria Point.
17. Any attempt tointerfere in the fair running of this competition will resultinimmediate disqualification.
18. TownCentreVictoriaPointwillnotaccept responsibilityforanylost,lateormisdirected entriesorentries
not properly completed.
19. Iftheprize(orpartoftheprize)isunavailable,TownCentreVictoriaPointinitsdiscretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
20. The winners will be notified via TownCentre Victoria Point Facebook page and on the TownCentre
Victoria Point’s website. Winners’ names will be notified on Friday 11 May 2018.
21. This promotion is offered in good faith and does not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in
honour only. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of the Marketing Manager of
TownCentre Victoria Point will be final. TownCentre Victoria Point decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
22. If for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize within the time stipulated by TownCentre Victoria
Point, then the prize will be forfeited.
23. Prize collection: The winner/s is responsible for liaising with the Marketing Manager of TownCentre
Victoria Point to arrange redemption of the prize.
24. TownCentre Victoria Point shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered
or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the prize, including loss or
damage suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.

26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of TownCentre Victoria Point,

to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website/social media site is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry
software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter
repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
28. All entries become the property of TownCentre Victoria Point.
29. Atthe endofthepromotion, all existing claims toprizes and entitlements will bemet notwithstanding the
advertised prize pool has been extended.

31. The laws of the State of Queensland, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law.
