Saturday 2nd June 2018, with the prize draw taking place at 12noon, on 4 June 2018 at Eagle Farm Racecourse. (‘The promotional
period’)
How to Enter
To enter the WIN 4 Tickets to the Birdcage & $3000 Flight Centre Voucher promotion entrants are required to pre-book a ticket to any of
the Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival racedays (KIRIN Doomben 10,000 on 12 May 2018; Hardy Brothers Doomben Cup Day on
19 May 2018; Treasury Brisbane Ladies Oaks Day on 26 May 2018 or UBET Stradbroke Day on 9 June 2018) before 5pm on Saturday

nd June 2018.
Conditions of Entry
1) Information on ‘How to Enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. By entering the promotion, entrants shall be deemed to
have accepted all of the conditions of entry.
2) All ticket purchasers who pre-purchase their ticket (General admission or package) will automatically be entered into the draw to
win.
3) One (1) winning entry will be chosen at random from the total entries received.
4) The winner will receive 1 x Flight Centre voucher valued at AU$3000 and 4 tickets to the Birdcage on UBET Stradbroke Day,
Saturday 9 June 2018 at Doomben Racecourse.
5) Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years.
6) Entries received after the close date (ie. After 5.01pm 2nd June, 2018 will not be considered).
7) This competition is excluded for employees, their families, or people who are professionally involved in this promotion.
Strictly one entry per ticket purchaser only.
9) The prize will only be awarded to the entrant as per the winning entry details drawn.
10) The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity to be entitled to claim the prize. Identification considered suitable
for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
11) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
12) The prize and/or any element of the prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. No compensation will be payable if the
winner is unable to use their prize and/or any element of the prize as stated.
13) The promoter shall not be held responsible for any charges or penalties incurred as a result of any transactions occurring as a
result of the prize. Under no circumstance shall the promoter vary prize delivery terms nor shall the promoter vary the amount of
the prize.
14) All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Details of Prize and Prize Value
The Prize is 1 x AU$3000 Flight Centre Voucher and 4 x Tickets to The Birdcage on UBET Stradbroke Day on Saturday 9 June 2018 at
Doomben Racecourse.
It is the winner’s responsibility to utilize the Flight Centre Voucher prior to the expiry date as stated on the voucher.

Date, Time and Place of Draws
One prize draw will take place from the total entries received. The prize draw will take place at 12 noon on 4
th June 2018.
The winner will be determined via an electronic random number generator at 12 noon on 4th June 2018
1) The winner will contacted by phone and email immediately following the draw. In the event the winner cannot be contacted to
claim their prize by Wednesday 6th June 2018 a redraw will take place.
2) The judge’s decisions are final. No further correspondence will be entered into.

1) The promoter reserves the right to add entrant’s details to their database list to further promote special events or promotions.
2) Entrants who unsubscribe from further promotions or special event correspondence will no longer be sent marketing
material from The Brisbane Racing Club.
3) If the customer chooses to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for
marketing and publicity purposes.

1) The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the
use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval of gaming authorities in participating states, where
required.
4) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in participating states where required.
