Terms and Conditions: Entry is free and open to all Australian region residents aged over 13 years. Relatives of the appointed judges are not eligible. All photos must be taken with a BRAVO in the frame. All entries must meet the Photograph Specifications outlined. The photograph must have a maximum 25 word caption. The Fruit West Co-operative reserves the right to edit captions that are over 25 words or have grammatical or spelling errors. Entrants may use digital image manipulation (e.g. Photoshop) if they desire. All entries must be submitted online by close of entries. Entries open at 9 am AWST on the 21st May 2018 and closes at 5 pm ASWT on the 31st July 2018. Finalists will be notified by email. Fruit West Co-operative reserves the right to enlarge, reduce, crop or adapt the photograph to to media formats including but not limited to advertisements, print media, website and for exhibition purposes.

By submitting a photograph in the competition the entrant acknowledges that: The photograph is original and created by the entrant. The entrant must be aged 13 years or over at the time of submitting the entry. The entrant is responsible for the content of the photograph. The entrant has obtained from anyone appearing in the photograph, whose image is readily identifiable, their consent to the use of the photograph in the competition and in promotional material. The entrant owns the copyright for the photograph and grants Fruit West Co-operative a non-exclusive licence to use the photograph in the competition and for promotional purposes. Copyright protection is free, without the need for registration, and applies when original material such as a photo is created. The selection of finalists and prize winners will be at the judges absolute discretion. Personal details collected on this entry form may only be used by Fruit West Co-operative for the purposes of administering this competition.
