By entering this competition you agree to the following Promoter
(Bluesfest Services Pty Ltd ABN: 76146130501) terms and conditions
To be eligible to win the competition, you MUST have subscribed to
our online database.
The prize is $500 for the winner to spend in our online ticket store.
The prize money cannot be applied Tent Motels, Tipi’s and Flash
Camp.
The competition will commence at 9am Thursday 1st February 2018
and will close on Sunday 1st of July 2018 AEST at 12am.
The winner will be selected randomly.
The prize will be drawn at 12noon Sunday 1st July 2018.
Only one entry will be accepted per person.
The winner will be notified via email 2pm on Sunday 1st July 2018
The winners will be announced on the Bluesfest website and on
Bluesfest Facebook page.
If you are already subscribed to our database you cannot
resubscribe.
When subscribing you are agreeing to receive information regarding
Bluesfest Services Pty Ltd and associated entities, including
information regarding Bluesfest, Bluesfest Touring and Boomerang
Festival.
The Prize is NOT redeemable for cash or transferable.
The Prize must be claimed by calling the Bluesfest office directly.
The Prize is valid for one year and expires at 2pm on Monday 1st July
2019.
Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result
in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged
for another itinerary. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a
winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated
by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by
the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of
the prize.
Bluesfest Services shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at
any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such
change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Bluesfest
website.
Bluesfest Services also reserves the right to cancel the competition if
circumstances arise outside of its control.
Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their
immediate families.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or
consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or
sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by laws
