2. Duration of Promotion
The Promotion begins at 9.00am on 17/12/2018 and closes at 11.59pm on 14/02/2019 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Advertising of Promotion
The Promotion may be advertised through the Promoter, its advertising agencies, marketing affiliates, the Sponsors and selected charities.
4. Eligibility
Entry is free and is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 but excludes any employee of the Promoter, the Sponsors, or related companies, and any child, parent, spouse or sibling of such employee (“Eligible Entrant”).
5. How the Promotion works Each Eligible Entrant receives one entry by submitting their details and accepting the terms and conditions on any one of the entry pages for the Promotion during the Promotion Period, located at

6. Details of Prize The prize awarded to the winner of the Promotion is : (a) The prize is a MG3 Excite valued at $17,990 drive away. This includes all taxes and duties and dealer delivery. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. The prize will be delivered to the winner or his/her nominated representative at an agreed time within 28 days of the draw at an MG dealership location agreed between the winner and MG. The winner will need to arrange comprehensive insurance at the winner’s cost and meet all delivery requirements.
(b) The prize outlined above must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferrable. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, there will be a redraw.
7. Draw
The draw will be conducted at 9.00am on 15/02/2019 at National Basketball League Pty Ltd (ABN: 65164187937) of Level 6, 10 Queens Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. The first randomly drawn entry will win the Promotion.
8. Notification
The winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within 1 business day of the draw. The Prize Winner will be posted on the

If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid. 10. Redraw: The Promoter reserves the right to redraw, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original draw, up to a maximum of 3 redraws 11. General conditions a) The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age and proof of residency prior to awarding the prize. b) The winning entrant authorises the Promoter to use their name and photograph for publicity purposes and agrees to reasonably co-operate with the Promoter in publicising the Promotion. c) If at any time the Promoter considers in good faith that that an entry breaches these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry into the draw at their discretion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. d) If a winning entry does not comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry. e) The Promoter may collect personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use entrants’ information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to entrants. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter at
info@nbl.com.au. All personal information collected will be collected and held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which may be viewed at [http://nbl.com.au/competitions].
f) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each state and territory, where required.
g) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion at any time throughout the Promotion Period without notice.
h) The Promoter may also disclose personal information to the prize supplier MG Motor Australia who may use the personal information for their own marketing purposes. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to MG Motor Australia at

https://mgmotor.com.au/privacy/I) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and the prize suppliers) will not be liable for any loss or damage an entrant or winner suffers as a result of participating in this Promotion (including the Prize), unless caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
J) The total prize is valued at $17,990 drive away. If the Prize or any part of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or similar value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
K) There will be a maximum of 1 prize awarded.
