TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Competition starts AEDST on 04/02/19 and closes 11:59pm AEDST on 05/02/19 (“Promotional Period”).

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.todayshow.com.au, locate the promotional entry form, complete all requested details including full name, contact number, a valid and current email address, postcode, and an answer to the question in 25 words or less “why would you like to experience Blue Planet II Live in Concert?”, select who show they would like to attend (Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane) and submit the completed form.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The judging will take place at 24 Artarmon Road, Willoughby NSW 2068 on 06/02/19 at 10:00am AEDST. The judges may select additional reserve entries that they determine to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winners will be notified by telephone and email.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer to the promotional question provided by each entrant.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entries will be divided into three (3) groups depending on the show location selected at the point of entry, being either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, in each group will each win a double pass VIP meet and greet ticket to the selected show of Blue Planet II Live in Concert valued at $633.50.

Prize includes a premium seat for the event and access to a meet and greet function with Joanna Lumley.

Each prize consists of tickets only and winners and their guests will be responsible for their own travel to and from the event. Events take place on the following dates and locations:

• Sydney – 08/03/19 at ICC Sydney Theatre;
• Melbourne – 10/03/19 at Plenary Hall, Melbourne Convention Centre; and
• Brisbane – 11/03/19 at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

If any winner is under the age of 18 they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times during the prize. Any prize won by a winner aged under 18 will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.
