Entry Restrictions
Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, who are financial Members of Cronulla RSL
Memorial Club. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the
agencies, or companies associated with this competition are not permitted to enter.

Entry Method
During the Competition Period, entrants must:

Prize Draw
The major draw will take place at Cronulla RSL Memorial Club on Over the five (5) weeks
of the promotion, at every minor draw, three (3) entrants will be drawn, who will receive
entry into the major draw on Thursday, 21 March 2019 at 8:00 pm (AEST). Entrants DO
NOT need to be present at the minor Thursday prize draws to receive entry into the major
draw. Entrants can only receive one (1) entry into the major draw. In the event that a
previous entrant is drawn for a second time, a re-draw will occur. At the major draw, all
15 entrants MUST BE present for their chance to claim the major prize.
There will be 15 helium filled balloons containing confetti, with one (1) containing the
winning Vespa ticket, and the other 14 containing a voucher worth 3,000 member points.
Each entrant is chosen at random, will be given a pin, and the opportunity to pop a
balloon for their chance to win.
Prize Details Vespa Primavera 150cc Scooter - Blue valued at $6,500 including on road costs.
Prize Pool The total prize pool is valued at $6,500 AUD.
Entry Limits Limit of one (1) entry per member, per day.
Prize Claim Date
and Time
The Prize will be delivered back to the dealer (Scooteria - 150 Parramatta Rd, STANMORE,
NSW, 2048) after the promotion has completed. Scooteria will then register the scooter
and the winner must collect no later than End of Trade, 7 days after the draw date.
GENERAL
1. Cronulla RSL reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if
there are any changes to the law which would render the promotion or any prizes offered under
the promotion unlawful.
2. Decisions of the management of Cronulla RSL are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. Cronulla RSL directors, management and staff are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4. Participation in the Promotion by a member confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of
the Promotion and the Club’s Rules and By-Laws in force from time to time.
5. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right
in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
6. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the promotion.
7. A copy of the terms and conditions governing the promotion will be available on the Club
Noticeboard and can also be obtained from Reception throughout the promotional period.
