Information on how to enter the prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry by each entrant.

Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

The conditions of entry into the Promotion are as follows:

(a) entrants must provide their full name and email address and submit their entry via the entry form provided on the Mountfords website to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion;

(b) Upon completion of the form & entry into the Promotion, entrants will be given the opportunity to share their unique link and for each entrant who enters directly from their unique link, the original entrant will receive 10 bonus entries into the Promotion.

(c) by submitting their email, entrants agree to become a subscriber of Mountfords Shoes and give their consent to receiving electronic messages from Mountfords Shoes, which they can opt-out of at any time.

(d) by agreeing to become a subscriber of Mountfords Shoes each entrant acknowledges and agrees that personal information obtained by Mountfords regarding each entrant will be used for the purposes of the Promotion and for the purposes of informing each entrant of other sales, promotions, offers or activities available from Mountfords Shoes.

Employees of the Munro Footwear Group and their immediate families and friends are not eligible to enter the promotion.

Promotion commences at 11am Thursday 28th of February 2019 and closes at 11am Wednesday 13th of March 2019.

There will be 1 prize and 1 winner. The prize pool will consist of 1 x $500 voucher for use online at www.mountfords.com.au.

The prize is valid for use until 13th of March 2020. This prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will expire if not used by the date referred to above.

The winners of the prize must take the prize as described and, on the conditions, stated in these Terms, and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must complete the following steps during the promotional period.

b. Follow the prompts to the promotional entry page

c. Input the requested details for entry into the competition: including their full name and a valid email address and submit their entry.

d. Entries must be received before 11am Wednesday March 13th, 2019.

Entrants must remain subscribed to Mountfords Shoes during the promotional period to eb eligible to claim any prize.

The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with the promotion.

Eligible entrants can only enter in their own name. Mountfords Shoes reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The draw will take place at 11am Wednesday the 13th of March 2019 at Munro Footwear Group, 32 Gipps Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066. The winner will be notified via email within 1 business day of the draw and will be published on Facebook on the 19th of March 2019. Entrants to the prize are not required to be present at the draw in order to win the prize. The eligible entries will be randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotion Period and 1 entrant will be deemed the winner.

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Munro Mountfords Shoes reserves the right (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
