Announced as his final performance, screen legend Robert Redford stars in The Old Man & the Gun, inspired by the fascinating true story of career robber Forrest Tucker.

Following a daring prison escape at the age of 70, Tucker and his crew, dubbed the Over-the-Hill Gang, continue an unprecedented string of bank robberies that confound the authorities and enchant the public.

Wrapped up in the pursuit are detective John Hunt (Casey Affleck), who becomes captivated by Forrest’s commitment to his craft, and Jewel (Sissy Spacek), who loves him in spite of his chosen profession.

Under the inspired direction of David Lowery, The Old Man & the Gun is a beautifully crafted, fun and thoughtful film, captured on 16mm and boasting a fantastic 70s era soundtrack.
