By participating in Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Surfer’s Paradise Ultimate Nitro Gold Coast Thrill Adventure (the “Promotion”), you agree to abide by the Promotion Rules. Therefore, please read the Promotion Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Promotion (“Entry”) constitutes agreement to the Promotion Rules. You may not submit an Entry to the Promotion unless you agree to the Promotion Rules. The Promotion Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Ripley with respect to the Promotion. The Promotion is sponsored by Ripley Entertainment Inc. (“Ripley”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7576 Kingspointe Parkway, suite 188, Orlando, Florida 32819, Ardent Leisure Group, Warner Bros. Movie World, Skygroup Investments, Jetboat Extreme, Gold Coast Tourism Corporation and Nitro Circus Live Pty Ltd. (“Sponsors”).

1. Eligibility

· The Promotion is open to individuals in Australia and New Zealand who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. If the winner is under 18 years of age then they must be accompanied by an adult.
· You must have a valid Australia or New Zealand mailing address, e-mail address and telephone number.
· Employees, and former employees of Ripley, along with its affiliated entities, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes.
· One (1) entry per person during the Promotion period.
· VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial and local laws and regulations.

2. How to Enter

· Entries will be accepted from 12:00 am Friday, March 8, 2019 through 11:59 pm Thursday, April 4, 2019 Australian EST (the “Promotion Period”).
· All entries and submissions, once submitted, become the property of Ripley and shall not be returned.
· Any incomplete entries will not be eligible.
· Multiple entries will not be accepted. Online entries made with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other devise or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid.

3. Selection of the Winners

· One winner will be chosen by a random drawing at 12:00 am Friday, April 5, 2019. The winner will be notified via telephone and email and shall be announced via social media on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 9:00 am Australian EST.
· If the winner is under 18 years of age then they must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Prizes

· Flights for two (TBA -closest Capital City). Flights will be provided as a flight voucher of standard amount from nearest capital city of winner (maximum $1000). All flight vouchers will be valid for 12 months. Retail Value: $1000

· Reservations will be subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. We request that you contact each Sponsor well in advance to arrange your visit/booking. You may be required to present your voucher number and validity date upon check in/arrival.
· Vouchers are non-refundable and not exchangeable either in full or part for cash.
· Any unused portion of the voucher is forfeit if not used.
· Prizes will be delivered through registered mail.
· Odds of winning are affected by the number of eligible entries received.
· Winner is responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be incurred.
· In order to receive a prize, winner may be required to provide proof of identification or eligibility.
· Winner may not request substitutions of prize winnings. Ripley reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

· By entering the Promotion, you agree and consent to Ripley’s and Sponsor’s collection, use and retention of your personal information for all purposes related to this Promotion (including, but not limited to, processing and administering entries, sharing an entrant’s personal information with Sponsor’s service providers and contractors necessary to conduct and operate this Promotion, communicating with and awarding prizes to winners, making public announcements about winners, and advertising, promoting and publicizing this Promotion.
· The information you provide will be used for advertising this Promotion and or any other Ripley and Sponsor Promotions, contests or giveaways.
· If you object to the above, you should not participate in this Promotion.

6. Limitation of Liability

· By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold Ripley, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and the employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion, the entry process, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
· Ripley, their subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; computer transmissions, or for technical, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive registration information by Ripley on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination there of.

7. Dreamworld Terms and Conditions

· Tickets are valid for 12 months from date noted on the ticket confirmation unless otherwise specified; The 7 Day Ticket allows access to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World & SkyPoint Observation Deck for 7 consecutive days from your first visit; Includes a 7 Day Photo Pass to be collected by presenting your 7 Day Photo Pass eTicket to either the DreamPix Photos (Dreamworld) or Beyond the Beach (WhiteWater World) stores; SkyPoint Observation Deck becomes an over 18 years venue on a Friday & Saturday Night after 8pm; All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash; Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers; With this ticket, you acknowledge conditions of entry; Please print your E-Tickets and present, as per instructions on the ticket and; Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-ticket or presented on a mobile device and valid photo ID;

8. General Terms & Conditions

· The Promotion Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

· You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under the Promotion Rules and or your use of www.ripleys.com resides in the courts located in the State of New South Wales, Australia, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
· The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover its attorney’s fees from the non-prevailing party.
· YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
· By participating in the Promotion, the participants agree to be bound by the Promotion Rules. These rules will be interpreted by Ripley’s sole discretion, and all determinations made pursuant to these rules by Ripley are final and binding.
