We have an Easter colouring in competition running this year!

How to Enter:

    Download either Peter or Penny Rabbit
    Ask your child to colour it in
    Send in your entry by either dropping into the practice, popping it in the post or scan and email to office@neilsoneyecare.com.au

Entries Close 5pm Thursday 18th April 2019

All updates on entries will be posted on Facebook. Like and Follow our Facebook page to stay up to date www.facebook.com/neilsoneyecare

The finalists will be chosen by our staff, then posted on Facebook on Thursday evening the 18th of April 2019

Over Easter we will ask all our Facebook followers and friends to Vote for their Favourite entry. So make sure you get all your friends to vote for you!

There will even be a prize for one lucky voter!!

Winner of the Colouring Competition and Voter will be announced on Tuesday 23rd of April 2019

Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to all patients and their families – for children aged 12 years and under

Prize must be collected from the practice – 128 Russell Street, Toowoomba by the end of April 2019

Decision of Neilson Eyecare for finalists is final
