Prize is valued at $556 and is not transferrable for Cash. Family pass is 4 x Wizard tickets for adults and children. Tickets are only valid for the Friday 12th July 7.30pm show and is not transferable to another performance or city. By completing this form you agree to be contacted by the promoter. Any ancillary costs in attending the show including parking and meals are not included in the prize. Winner will be drawn at 9am on Tuesday 17th June 2019. Only one entry per applicant will be registered. Winner will be contacted by email. Tickets will be posted to the winner prior to the show. Prize will be redrawn in the event that it is not accepted by the Winner. Unless otherwise arranged, tickets will be available for collection at the Box Office, on the night of the performance, in the name nominated on this form.
