TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. REDARC ELECTRONICS, ABN 77 136 785 0920, of 23 Brodie Road North, South Australia is the promoter.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand 18 years or over, except employees of REDARC ELECTRONICS and their close relatives and anyone otherwise collected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. The competition commences 1/5/2020 and closes for entries is 31/5/2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrant as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. There are two products in this prize, a 25amp REDARC BCDC1225D in-vehicle battery charger and 40amp fuse kit FK40 valued at $681.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be chosen at random by software on Monday June 1 at REDARC Electronics, 23 Brodie Road, Lonsdale South Australia at 12pm ACDT.
12. The winner will be published on the competition page (www.redarc.com.au/giveaway) and notified by email on the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 90 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The prize will be posted to the winner within Australia or New Zealand
14. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. REDARC Electronics reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside control subject to state regulations.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Austrailian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant party's consent.
18. In the event that a redraw is required, REDARC Electronics will utilise the third-party software for a random selection of an alternate entrant from 1/9/2020 and advise the winner via the means addressed above.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
