Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to these conditions.
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
To enter complete the online entry form online. There is a limit of 1 entry per person.
The promotion commences 01/06/2020 and closes at 11.59pm AEDST on 31/07/2020.
There is 1 prize to be awarded during the promotional period. The winner will win a six pack of CRC Oil Fighter, 1 x 500GB Playstation 4 and 1 x Street Fighter V: Champion Edition game valued at $560.
Deciding a winner will take place at 9 Gladstone Road, Castle Hill NSW 2154 on the 12th August, 2020.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
The winners will be notified via email within two days of the conclusion of competition and have their names published on the Promoters website at www.crcindustries.com.au by 17th August 2020.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
The Promoter may decide another winner at the same time and place as the original winner as is necessary on the 31st August, 2020 in order to distribute a prize if any remain unclaimed by that date, subject to any relevant legislation. If such an action is required, the winner/s will be notified via email and have their name published on the Promoters website at www.crcindustries.com.au by 2nd September, 2020.
