at 199 O'Connell Street, North Adelaide!!
Yup you can live the rustic Australian food of the outback right in the heart of North Adelaide!!!! The Prairie Hotel is normally in Parachilna in the Flinders Ranges and this winter they are bringing the outback to you....
Famous for their “feral food with flair” the Prairie Hotel’s menu showcases native Australian ingredients in a gourmet experience. The Feral Mixed Grill, more famously known as the “FMG” is a must try, according to locals, and features camel sausage, emu mignon and kangaroo loin.
If being too adventurous isn’t your thing, you can still taste their native flavours in the vegetarian option of a Bush Margherita Pizza or Barramundi Wrapped in Paperbark.
For dessert, the Prairie Hotel recommends the Quandong Pie served with their ‘Flinders Range’ Quandong and almond gelato. Wash it all down with a handcrafted Fargher Lager or grab a glass of premium Flinders Ranges wine!!!
