The "Babybee Customer Photo Competition" is sponsored by Babybee Prams and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Babybee Prams, are final in all respects. Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have purchased a Babybee Pram.

Entry period
Entry is open from 9am Monday 24th February 2020 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on December 30th 2020. Only entries received in the entry period for each individual month will be eligible for the monthly prize draw. The winner will be announced on this website page and notified via Facebook or Instagram (tagged comment or direct message) within 2 weeks of completion of the monthly draw.

How to enter
Post a photo of your Babybee Pram from your own Social Media (Facebook or Instagram) account and tag the official Babybee Prams account on that platform (@babybeeprams)

Winner selection
The winner will be selected by a panel of 3 Judges on the 1st of each month throughout 2020, based on the selection criteria.

Selection Criteria:

Photos will be judged on the following criteria:

Originality
Composition and visual appeal
Display of the Babybee pram in a clear, visually appealing way
Photos that contain crude or offensive material, or any copyright or trademarked materials from brands other than Babybee Prams will be automatically excluded from selection.



The prize
The prize will be an accessories pack valued at $220 RRP containing:

Leatherette Handlebar Bag
The prize is not exchangeable for other products or cash unless agreed to by Babybee Prams.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE PRAMS, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE PRAMS DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. BABYBEE PRAMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
