Instructions on how to enter this competition form part of the conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Only one (1) entry per individual will be accepted, unless entrant shares the competition, then they will be granted a second entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues/outlets associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Promotion commences 31/07/2020 and final entries close on 07/08/2020, 5:00pm AEDT.
There is only one way to enter enter and win: 1. Entrant must fill in all mandatory sections on the entry form.
There is 1 prize available: ecco S-Three golf shoe, valued at $269.95. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
1 winner will be selected, prize colour will be assigned randomly or at the discretion of Drummond Golf. Entries will be judged by Drummond Golf and the favourite entry will be selected as the winner.
The winner/s will be notified via contact details supplied in entry form by 09/08/2020, 5:00pm AEDT.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
If a winner does not claim the prize by 5pm AEDT on the Friday following the winner being notified, or is otherwise disqualified from the competition, the Promoter may withdraw the prize, and the winner will forfeit any and all rights in and to the prizes.
