If you take your BBQ seriously here’s your opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Australia’s best BBQ teams, as they compete for the rights to the 2020 Sunshine Coast BBQ Championships.

You can also indulge in a range of authentic and delicious BBQ dishes and more from around the world, from vendors who have been hand picked for the festival. These pop-up kitchens are dishing up everything from baby-back ribs and 12-hour wood-smoked pulled pork to Texas style brisket, burgers and flamed-grilled pork belly.
