Eligibility
 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible.
 Entry is open to all eligible customers who spend $25.00 or more in a single

Entry
 The single draw competition commences at 9.00am on Monday 10th August 2020
and closes at 5.00pm on Tuesday 1st September 2020.
 Customers must submit their receipt for a purchase of $25.00 or more in a single
transaction at a participating store attached to a completed entry form and submit it
to the competition entry ballot box by 5.00pm on Tuesday 1st September 2020 to be
eligible for entry into the draw.
 Eligible customers can enter the draw multiple times ensuring they fill out an entry
form and attach the receipt for a purchase of $25.00 or more (in a single transaction)
to a completed entry form and submit it to the competition entry ballot box for each
entry by 5.00pm on Tuesday 1st September 2020.
 Prizes & Winnings
 The random prize draw will take place at 9.00am on Wednesday 2nd September 2020
at Glenquarie Town Centre – 14 Brooks Street, Macquarie Fields NSW 2564.
 The first valid entry to drawn randomly from the barrel will win a Husqvarna Lawn
Mower 46cm Steel Deck LC18, Husqvarna 125B Blower & a Husqvarna 122C 21.7cc
Curved Shaft Snipper.
 All prizes are non-refundable for cash.
 The total prize pool value is $900.00.
 Promoter is Fincob Pty Ltd c/o Glenquarie Town Centre.
Prize Conditions
 The winner will be notified they have won via telephone and/or email on the
completion of the draw on Wednesday 2nd September 2020.
 The winner will have their details published online on the Glenquarie Town Centre
website – www.glenquarie.com.au & on the Glenquarie Town Centre Facebook
page.
 The prize pack must be claimed from the Glenquarie Town Centre, Centre
Management Office upon presentation of photo ID.
 If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize re-draw will be conducted
the following day on Thursday 3rd September 2020.
 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
 If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right,
in it’s sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
 Prize is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of individual prize and service
providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the
prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or element of the prize will be forfeited and
will not be redeemable for cash.
 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of
the Promoter, the Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the
prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value;/or specification.
 Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferrable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Prize must be collected from
the Centre Management office unless pre-arranged in writing with the Promoter.
