olcom have joined forces with the iconic Fender Guitars to bring you a collaboration with 4 Incredible Artists, who have each customised a Fender Player Series guitar to give away! Check out each guitar and all about the Artists


TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.      The promoter is: Volcom Australia Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 64 144 819 143) whose registered office is at 42 Balgowlah Rd, Balgowlah, NSW, 2093.
2. Who is eligible to enter?
The Volcom X Fender Competition is open to individuals (Eligible Persons) who:
1.     are citizens or permanent residents of Australia;
2.     are not (and none of their immediate family or people they are living with are) employees, officers, directors or agents of Volcom Australia Pty Ltd. or any sponsor associated with the Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. How to Enter
In order to enter the Competition, individuals (an Entrant) must take the following steps during the competition period (3 p.m Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Wednesday 2nd September 2020 – 11:59 p.m AEST Monday 21st September 2020):
The Entrant must enter via this URL: https://www.volcom.com.au/pages/volcom-x-fender-art-guitar-competition

1.     The Entrant will need to enter their first and last name as well as their email address, gender, phone number, state of residence and date of birth.
2.     The entrant must agree to have read the Terms & Conditions of entry, and agree to join the Volcom Australia & Fender Australia database to receive electronic communication.
3.     To complete their entry, the Entrant will need to click “Continue”. After completing their entry, the entrant will be taken to another tab where he/she can gain more entries by entering with Facebook, by entering with Instagram and by entering by creating an account on Volcom.com.au.
4.     The entrant can also gain extra entries by sharing the competition with their friends via Email, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn. Each time the Entrant shares the competition and a friend enters using the Entrant’s shared link, they will receive an additional entry into the competition.
5.     Winner will be drawn through a random GLEAM email generator on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at 11:59 a.m. Winner will be contacted via email.
6.     Results will be published on our social account - @Volcom_oznz Instagram on Tuesday 22nd September 2020.
7.     The 4 selected prize winners will receive a prize which consists of the following: One (1)  Volcom x Fender Art Guitar. Please note, the guitar has been preselected at time of entry and the grand prize winners will not have a selection to choose from. The total ARV (approximate retail value) in AUD dollars of all prizes awarded in this sweepstakes is $4,800.00. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.
