All winners will be selected at random and will be notified via email. Winners must collect their gift card from Carnes Hill Marketplace Centre Management. Win a $50 Woolworths Gift Card - Charter Hall Campaign
How to Enter
To enter the Win a $50 Woolworths Gift Card game of chance competition at participating
Charter Hall managed Shopping Centres, customers simply:
1) Find a QR code on a floor decal in the participating Shopping Centre
2) Open phone’s camera and hover over the floor decal
3) If asked, click on the “Messenger” app
4) Press “get started”
5) Enter a conversation via the Messenger app which will advise the customer to
confirm entries details such as their email address as well as acceptance of the
competition terms and conditions
6) On agreeance to step 5, be advised they are in the draw to win a prize.
The above steps are known as the “in centre entry”. Alternatively, customers simply:
1) Visit participating Shopping Centre’s Facebook page
2) Comment on the Win a $50 Woolworths Gift Card post
3) If asked, open the “Messenger” app
4) Press “get started”
5) Enter a conversation via the Messenger app which will advise the customer to
confirm entries details such as their email address as well as acceptance of the
competition terms and conditions
6) On agreeance to step 5, be advised they are in the draw to win a prize.
The above steps are known as the “online entry”.

Duration of Competition
The Win a $50 Woolworths Gift Card game of chance competition commences at 9am on
Monday, 31 August 2020 and concludes at 9pm on Sunday, 27 September 2020.
Conditions of Entry
1) Information on ‘how to enter’ forms part of these ‘conditions of entry’.
2) To enter the competition the participant must have a valid account via the
‘Messenger’ app available from Google Play or the App Store.
3) Customers may be prompted to enter more than once via the Messenger app, which
will be known as “bonus entries”.
4) To be valid, all entry fields completed via the Messenger app conversation.
5) Entry is only open to Australian residents.
6) Entries close at 9pm on Sunday, 27 September 2020. Any entry received after this
time will not qualify.
7) Only entry per person per day of the competition.
Employees and contractors of the Promoter, retailers and tenants of Charter Hall
managed Shopping Centres or the agencies associated with this promotion and
members of each of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. For the purposes
of this clause, immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse (as defined in the
Family Law Act 1975 (Cth)), children, grandparents or persons otherwise residing in
the same household.
9) The prize-winner must provide valid photo identification e.g. Driver’s Licence, to the
promoter’s satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
10) If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the
winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
11) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tamper with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
12) The promoter reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions
throughout the campaign period.
13) The prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as
offered.
Details of Prize and Prize Value
Shoppers will have the chance to win one of 100 x $50 Woolworths Gift Cards.
Date, Time and Place of Draw
The winners of the $50 Woolworths Gift Cards will be drawn at 11am Monday, 28 September
2020.
1) On the competition draw date, fifty (50) winner from the competition will be drawn.
2) The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
3) The winners will be notified via email to confirm collection from Centre
Management.
4) Entrants do not need to be present at the time of draw.
5) If despite reasonable effort the winner’s prize is returned to sender, the prize will
be retained for three (3) months. At the end of the three (3) months being 27
December 2020, if the prize remains unclaimed, a letter will be sent to the Office
of Liquor, Gaming and Racing setting out full details and steps taken to try and
contact the winner/s. At that stage a request for redraw will be sought.
Customers Information and privacy
1) By entering the promotion, entrants give the Promoter consent to use personal
information, in accordance with the Charter Hall Privacy Policy (available on the
Charter Hall website), for further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.
2) The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the
Promoter during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be
used for the purposes of promoting Charter Hall shopping centre properties only.
3) As stated in the section above, if the customer were to win a prize, the Promoter will
contact them on the phone and ascertain whether they wish to accept the prize. If the
customer chooses to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the
customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes and in
particular to publish the name of the winner on the Centre website.
Liability
1) The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no
responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or
sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the
prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek
independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial
situation.
3) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which
corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval of the gaming
authorities, where required.
4) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to
the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
5) If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions
shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such
term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of
Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
