TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2020 Online Renewal Promotion is a promotion conducted by Ettalong Beach War Memorial Club Ltd.
• The promotion is only available to current financial members of Ettalong Beach War Memorial
Club Ltd whose membership is due for renewal by midnight on 30th September 2020.
• Eligible members who renew their membership online are eligible for one entry into the draw for
a chance to win a total cash prize of $2,000.
• Eligible members will be automatically entered into the cash draw when they renew their
membership online by vising ettalongdiggers.com website and completing the required fields to
renew their membership during the promotional period of 1
st July 2020 until 30th September 2020
at 11.59pm.
Prize Schedule
Total Cash Prize of $2,000 will be broken into the following levels:
- 1
st Prize $1,000 cash
- 2
nd Prize $600 cash
- 3
rd Prize 400 cash
• The promotion is only available to eligible members who renew online via the ettalongdiggers.com
website on or before the 30th September 2020 that their current membership is due to expire.
Members who renew via the Club’s Reception desk for payment, over the phone payment or
postal payment method except the ettalongdiggers.com website will not be eligible to participate
in this promotion.
• Major Draw will take place on Friday 2nd October 2020 at 10am.
- Prior to the major draw, the following will take place:
- The Membership Number and Name of members’ who renew online will be entered into
columns on a spreadsheet with row numbers.
- Starting from row number one (1) one up to the last numbered row as filled with the members
details will be entered into a randomiser app.
- At the commencement of the draw, the first number drawn by the randomiser that
correspondence with the row number and allocated member’s details will win $1,000. The
second number drawn by the randomiser by the same method will win $600. The third and
final number drawn by the randomiser by the same method will win $400.
- Winners will be notified by post as well as placed on the Club’s Facebook page.
• Employees of Ettalong Beach War Memorial Club Ltd are prohibited from entering the promotion.
