2020 Adelaide 36ers October School Holiday Clinic
September 2020

1. Promoter
This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 829 169 885) in partnership with Basketball 36ers (ACN: 605 955 431).

2. Entrants
The competition is open to South Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged between 6 and 14 years of age and be able to be at 142 Rose Terrace, Wayville SA 5034 (Wayville Sports Centre) 6 - 8 October 2020. All employees and agents (including Loan Managers and Brokers) of HomeStart and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Time frame and Notification
The competition begins on Friday, 18 September 2020 at 09:00 (9am) and concludes Monday, 28 September 2020 at 17:00 (5pm). Winners will be contacted via the email address supplied after 28 September 2020.

If the winner does not accept their prize by return email by Wednesday, 30 September 2020 before 10:00 (10am), the prize will be redistributed.

4. Entries
By ticking “yes” on the competition page, you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided.

Please submit a maximum of one (1) entry per child answering all required fields on the registration page by Monday, 28 September 2020 before 17:00 (5pm). Winners will be selected in random draw on Tuesday, 29 September 2020 after 09:00 (9am).

HomeStart Finance (Home Start) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the HomeStart on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.

Should an entrant’s contact details change during the competition period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify HomeStart. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the HomeStart.

5. Costs and expenses
Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and that they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

6. Disqualification
HomeStart reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.

7. Privacy
HomeStart is collecting your personal information for the purposes of running the Netball Clinic HomeStart complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If you choose not to provide your name you will be unable to participate in the Clinic. Please refer to the HomeStart Finance privacy collection statement. Your information will also be used to subscribe you to our marketing database. This may be used to send you promotional material relating to HomeStart products, competitions, upcoming events and surveys. When receiving any material from HomeStart, you will be provided with an unsubscribe option.

8. Prize
Total 5 prizes, each containing:
- 1 x day clinic place for your child plus one other child (6 - 8 October 2020). Total one (1) place per child, including the winning child
- 36ers T-Shirt
- 36ers Poster

What you need to bring:
- Water Bottle
- Basketball (please have your name on it)
- Sneakers/Runners with rubber sole shoes
- Your A Game

Where: Wayville Sports Centre (152 Rose Terrace, Wayville SA 5034)
When: 6th/7th/8th October 2020
Time: 9am-4pm

9. Waiver & Release of Liability
Winners and participants in the clinic understand and acknowledge that their participation in the clinic may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, strains or fractures and that their participation in the clinic will be subject to them agreeing to release, waive, discharge and indemnify HomeStart from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury or loss which may arise out of participation in the clinic. Although all care will be taken by clinic staff, you also exclude Adelaide Basketball (including employees, volunteers and contractors) of any responsibility to your child’s person or property, as a result of any illness or injury that your child may suffer during the camp.

10. Photograph/Video
Throughout the clinic, photo and video content will be taken to be used for HomeStart and Adelaide Basketball future marketing/promotional purposes/news stories. It is a condition of accepting your place in the clinic that you permit the use of these images for future clinic promotions including marketing.
