CHAT THAI - COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is Chat Thai PTY LTD (hereon referred to as ‘Promoter’ whose registered office is at 20 Campbell Street, Haymarket, NSW 2000.
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Chat Thai, Samosorn, Assamm, Boon Cafe and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.

Entrants have the option to share their personalised competition entry link with others. Each time someone enters the competition using these links, the entrant will receive five additional automatic entries for each person that enters using their link.
Entries open from 8:00am AEST Saturday 18 September 2020 and close 11:59pm AEST Saturday 31 October 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and/or its agents at 10:00am AEST Monday 2 November 2020.
Winners will be notified by phone or email by 5:00pm AEST Monday 2 November 2020.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The prizes are as follows (all currency denominations in Australian Dollars unless expressly stated otherwise):
1st: $500 value of Chat Thai Voucher
2nd: $250 value of Chat Thai Voucher
3rd: $100 - 3 prizes/winners each to the value of $100 value of Chat Thai Voucher
When prize vouchers are issued, the winner will be requested to specify a Chat Thai location (restaurant) at that time. Vouchers may then only be redeemed at that location specified.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition including these Terms and Conditions without notice, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
