The new inner-city precinct includes enormous offerings including a civic plaza - Tulmur Place, which features an interactive water play zone and event spaces.

Saturday 28 November 2021 - 9am to 2pm

Handmade Expo Markets popping up with more than 70 market stalls

From 10.30am, Marnie and Campo for Breakfast will welcome the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillors to the stage to officially open Tulmur Place, Nicholas Street Precinct and to unveil the brand new public artworks.

The Yugara Traditional Dancers will then perform a traditional smoking ceremony and our lucky winner of this competition will officially turn on the water play zone.

Competition opens on 7 November 2020 and closes at 5am on Friday 20 November. The winning child chosen must be able to attend the event itself on 28 November 2020 between 10am and 11:30am (rough timings).
