This competition has no connection to Facebook whatsoever and is not sponsored, supported or controlled by Facebook in any way. All questions, comments or complaints are to be referred to Central Square Shopping Centre and not Facebook.
Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
Participants must enter the competition by visiting the Central Square Shopping Centre website (www.centralsquareballarat.com.au) and uploading a photo to the Interactive Christmas Tree (LINK HERE). Once the activity is completed, your photo will be displayed on the large screen display in Central Square Shopping Centre (provided your photo meets moderation guidelines).
One winner will be drawn at random to receive a $200 gift card valid for use at Central Square Shopping Centre.
Central Square Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility if you are unable to successfully upload a photo.
Entry is only open to residents of Victoria, Australia. Employees of the promoter, retailers and their staff are ineligible to enter.
Central Square Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with internet, networks or telephone lines including bugs/viruses and server problems for whatever reason.
The promotional period will run from 9:00am Tuesday 1 December 2020 until 11:59pm Sunday 27 December 2020.
The prize pool consists of one $200 gift card. The total prize pool is valued at $200. Normal Gift Card T&Cs apply. The gift card is not transferable for cash. The gift card must be activated by the winner within 3 months of receipt. All funds will be cancelled if the gift card is not fully used by the expiry date. Central Square Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility for lost gift cards.
If a prize winner(s) does not contact Central Square Shopping Centre within 14 days to claim their prize, we will assume that the prize is unclaimed, a new winner(s) will be selected after 10:00am Monday 18 January 2021.
Winner(s) will be notified by email.
Winner(s) may be asked to present identification to claim their prize; this identification must match the winning entrant’s details.
The prize will be deemed as delivered to the winner(s) once collected and/or posted and the prize is no longer in the hands of Central Square Shopping Centre management.
If any winner(s) is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
The winner(s) understands that they must participate in any promotional work as a result of winning the prize and may include photos on the Central Square Shopping Centre website, Facebook Page and in the local newspapers.
The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Prizes will not be paid out in cash. Prizes are not transferable to others.
